§ 5 Use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

(3) You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. (4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This means that IP addresses are shortened before further processing, thus ruling out any possibility of personal identification. If the data collected about you is personal, it will be excluded immediately and the personal data will be deleted immediately.

(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.

(8) Use of Google Tag Manager: Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through a single interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been carried out at the domain or cookie level, it remains in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
